LITIGATION/FORECLOSURE MANAGEMENT

 

Monitoring and strategizing with outside counsel, responding to requests for information and documentation, tracking the status and progress of foreclosures, and reviewing and paying law firm invoices can be burdensome and time consuming.  Revenue Services monitors and acts as an administrative liaison with outside counsel insuring that cases do not languish.  You are provided with reports to keep you abreast of the status and progress of all cases in litigation. Invoices are reviewed for compliance with retainer agreements.

Revenue Services can also administer and facilitate the engagement of outside counsel through a request for qualifications and/or request for proposals process.

Where in-house resources are used for the enforcement of taxes, Revenue Services can work with your law department to provide administrative and reporting resources.

Our foreclosure administration services can also be used for non-collection purposes such as returning properties to the performing levy as well as realizing redevelopment objectives.
